Chili Piper starts at $1,250/month and Experiences costs $3,500/month with annual contracts
Your total cost can increase with additional seats and ChiliCal licenses
Chili Piper’s pricing calculator helps you estimate costs based on seats, ChiliCal add-on, and contract length
The tricky part with Chili Piper pricing is that older guides often show prices for individual products that no longer match its current plan structure.
As of October 2026, Chili Piper pricing starts at $1,250 per month for Routing & Scheduling and $3,500 per month for Experiences, both on annual contracts.
In this article, we’ll break down what each plan includes, what can increase your total cost, and how to decide which option makes the most sense for your team.
Chili Piper currently offers two platform plans: Routing & Scheduling and Experiences. A third plan, Chili Data Platform, is coming soon. You can also purchase ChiliCal separately.
Here’s a quick overview:
Plan | Starting price | Included seats | Additional seats | AI credits |
Routing & Scheduling | $1,250/month = $15,000/year | 15 | $45/seat/month | 45,000/year |
Experiences | $3,500/month = $42,000/year | 30 | $50/seat/month | 150,000/year |
Chili Data Platform | Coming soon | Not published yet | Not published yet | Not published yet |
Standalone ChiliCal | $12/user/month | 200-seat minimum | N/A | None |
If you’ve seen different Chili Piper prices elsewhere, you may be looking at its previous pricing model. Historically, Chili Piper sold products like Concierge, Distro, and Handoff separately, with per-user pricing.
Chili Piper now groups most of these capabilities into its Routing & Scheduling and Experiences plans. Concierge and Distro still exist as product names, but as of October 2026, they aren’t listed as separate purchasing plans on the current pricing page.
Chili Piper says the new pricing tiers are still rolling out. If you’re an existing customer, your account team will contact you to explain what changes for you and when.
Before comparing the tiers, a few details apply across Chili Piper’s platform plans:
ChiliCal is included with every full platform seat, and you can add extra ChiliCal-only licenses if more team members need scheduling access.
Chili Piper integrates with Salesforce and HubSpot, Google and Outlook calendars, and Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Chili Piper includes annual AI credits for enrichment and AI-powered actions. You can purchase additional credits, but their prices aren’t publicly listed.
Chili Piper offers multi-year discounts: 15% for a two-year contract, 25% for three years, and 40% for four years.
Chili Piper’s Routing & Scheduling plan starts at $1,250 per month on an annual contract. That’s $15,000 per year. The plan includes 15 seats, with additional seats priced at $45 per seat per month, and 45,000 AI credits per year.
Routing & Scheduling | Pricing |
Starting price | $1,250/month |
Starting annual cost | $15,000/year |
Included seats | 15 |
Additional seats | $45/seat/month |
AI credits | 45,000/year |
This plan covers the core workflows involved in getting an inbound lead to the right salesperson and onto their calendar. You can:
Qualify website leads and let qualified buyers book a meeting immediately after submitting a form
Route leads based on factors like ownership, territory, availability, or round-robin rules
Automatically distribute inbound leads with the Chili Piper Salesforce integration
Let sales development representatives (SDRs) book meetings directly with the right account executive instead of handing the lead over manually
Give reps scheduling links and let prospects book available times in one click
Run automated chat journeys and connect website visitors with a rep through live chat
Re-engage prospects after abandoned forms, cancellations, or no-shows

Routing & Scheduling is a good fit if you have an operational gap between generating an inbound lead and getting that lead to the right rep quickly.
Chili Piper’s Experiences plan starts at $3,500 per month on an annual contract, or $42,000 per year. It includes up to 30 seats, with additional seats priced at $50 per seat per month, and 150,000 AI credits per year.
Experiences | Pricing |
Starting price | $3,500/month |
Starting annual cost | $42,000/year |
Included seats | 30 |
Additional seats | $50/seat/month |
AI credits | 150,000/year |
The Experiences plan includes everything Routing & Scheduling does, but adds tools for identifying, engaging, and qualifying website visitors before they fill out a form. You can:
Use Chat AI to engage and qualify website visitors 24/7
Identify the company behind some anonymous visitors using account identification
Target different website experiences based on account and intent signals
Show known, high-intent visitors a booking experience directly on a webpage
Give admins more control over user provisioning

The Experiences plan makes more sense if your team wants to convert more of its website traffic before the user even submits a form. For example, you could identify a visitor from a target account and show them a more relevant journey. You could also give them an immediate booking option instead of sending them through a demo form.
Chili Data Platform is Chili Piper’s upcoming third tier, which will include everything the Experiences tier does. But Chili Piper hasn’t yet published its starting price, included number of seats, AI-credit allowance, or a detailed feature list.
Chili Data Platform | Pricing |
Starting price | Coming soon |
Starting annual cost | Coming soon |
Included seats | Coming soon |
Additional seats | Coming soon |
AI credits | Coming soon |
The pricing page currently describes the additional functionality only as under development.

Since there isn’t enough public information, we can’t conclude who will need this tier or how much more it will cost than existing plans. However, if you’re interested in learning more, Chili Piper encourages you to book a demo and talk to them.
ChiliCal is Chili Piper’s scheduling product. You can also purchase it separately if you don’t need the broader qualification, routing, and lead distribution features.
The standalone ChiliCal plan costs $12 per user per month with a 200-seat minimum, putting the minimum annual cost at $28,800.

It includes scheduling features and integrations with customer relationship management (CRM), calendar, and messaging tools. But it doesn’t include Chili Piper’s routing and orchestration capabilities or AI credits.
This option is aimed at large teams that mainly need scheduling rather than Chili Piper’s full inbound conversion platform.
Chili Piper’s starting price can change depending on your team size, usage, and setup. There are three types of additional costs to consider:
Published additional costs:
Routing & Scheduling and Experiences plans include a set number of seats. Additional seats cost $45 per seat per month on Routing & Scheduling and $50 on Experiences.
While ChiliCal is included in your plan for the number of seats you’ve purchased, you can add more if you’d like. So, if you’re subscribed to Routing & Scheduling for 25 seats, but need ChiliCal for 10 extra people in your company, you can add ChiliCal-only licenses.
Both plans include annual AI credit allowance, and you can purchase more credits if needed.
Costs you need to confirm with sales:
Some costs are not listed publicly. For example, Chili Piper may charge for additional services or customize different commercial terms based on your needs. You'll need to ask the sales team what applies to your account.
Internal costs:
There’s also the time your team spends setting Chili Piper up and managing it. That can include configuring routing rules, connecting CRM data, testing workflows, fixing issues, and updating the setup as your sales process changes.
If you use Chili Piper’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI assistants, factor in any third-party AI tool fees and the time needed to set up and maintain the integration.
Use this formula to calculate your Chili Piper cost:
Annual base price + additional seat costs + additional usage or services – contract discounts
The easiest way to calculate it is with Chili Piper’s pricing calculator. Choose your plan, enter how many full platform seats and additional ChiliCal licenses you need, and select your contract length. The calculator updates the estimated monthly and annual cost automatically.

You’ll then need to add any extra AI credits or services confirmed separately by Chili Piper’s sales team.
Longer contracts may also reduce the total. Chili Piper currently shows discounts for multi-year commitments in its calculator, so compare contract lengths before settling on your estimate.
When comparing Chili Piper with another platform, look at more than the starting price. Compare the workflows each plan covers, how seat counts affect the cost, usage limits, implementation support, contract terms, and the full annual commitment.
For example, Spara offers three annual plans: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Each has a platform fee based on usage and the channels you need. All plans include unlimited seats, with no additional per-seat charges.
But the pricing models are different:
Spara | Chili Piper | |
Plans | Starter, Growth, Enterprise | Routing & Scheduling, Experiences, Chili Data Platform |
Pricing model | Platform fee based on usage | Base subscription with included seats and additional per-seat charges |
Included seats | Unlimited on every plan | 15 on Routing & Scheduling |
Additional seats | No per-seat fees | $45/seat/month on Routing & Scheduling |
Entry-level capabilities | AI chat, email, and workflows | Qualification, routing, scheduling, and lead distribution |
Implementation support | White-glove onboarding; most customers go live within 14 days | Confirm terms with a sales rep |
The better option between Spara and Chili Piper depends on the workflow you need, your team size, and how much implementation support you require.
Every Spara plan includes unlimited seats, so adding more users doesn’t increase the platform fee. With Chili Piper, you need to account for the included seats and additional per-user charges.
Spara includes white-glove onboarding, an assigned customer success manager and forward deployed engineer, weekly agent optimization, and proactive health monitoring with every plan.

Routing & Scheduling is likely enough if your main goal is to qualify inbound leads, route them correctly, and get them into the right rep’s calendar.
Experiences is worth evaluating if you also want to identify and engage more website visitors before they submit a form, using AI-powered qualification, targeting, and account identification.
Before signing, confirm how many seats and additional ChiliCal licenses you need, your expected AI usage, and the contract terms.
